These user terms ("User Terms") govern your access to and use of the Collabushare LLC ("Collabushare")’s Software and access to and use of Content provided through the Software.

Your access and use is subject to these User Terms and the terms and conditions set out in the Collabushare Software and Services Agreement between Collabushare and the entity or organization ("Customer") that has enabled you to register for access and use ("Agreement"). Any capitalized terms used in these User Terms and not defined have the meaning given to them in the Collabushare Software and Services Agreement.

Your acceptance of the Agreement is a condition of use; if you do not agree to the Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Software.

User Account. Access to the Software is granted by way of a unique user account created by completing the registration forms (the "User Account"). You shall: (a) provide true, accurate and current information as prompted by the registration form; and (b) maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete at all times. Your User Account is specific to you, and you shall not allow other persons to access or use your User Account. Collabushare reserves the right to delete a User Account and refuse any current or future use of the Software (or any portion thereof) without notice if you are found to have misrepresented any information submitted in connection with the User Account or if Collabushare has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current.

Login Credentials. Each User Account requires a name, email address and secret password, as well as other security and authentication methods that may be made available (the "Login Credentials"). Your Login Credentials are personal to you and may not be transferred. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and for all activities that occur under your Login Credentials. You shall not (a) disclose your Login Credentials to anyone; or (b) use anyone else's Login Credentials other than your own. You shall (i) notify Collabushare if your Login Credentials are compromised in any way, including the unauthorized use of Login Credentials or any other breach of security related to a User Account; (ii) immediately change your password if the Login Credentials are compromised in any way. You acknowledge and agree that Collabushare has no liability to you in any connection with your access to or use of the Software or any Content.

Restrictions. You may only access and use the Software and Content to the extent expressly permitted under the terms of the Agreement.

Personal Information. By using the Software, you consent to Collabushare’s collection and use of your personal information provided by you in connection with your registration to the User Account for the purpose of managing and administering your access to and use of the Software and Content and performing the Agreement. Collabushare may disclose that information as necessary to manage your registration and administration.
